Real Yoga Team (RYT) is founded by Yogi Padma, who has been in the realm of research and development of Yoga skill and techniques to make the personality more energetic, prudent and successful. RYT is a team of Professional Yogis in a modern appearance who have been practicing and teaching the Yoga techniques since long time and whose passion is Yoga. RYT has been performing many yoga classes and workshops in various parts of the society. It has been teaching the yoga techniques to all classes of people, be they students, professionals, businessmen and aspirants. The teacher(s) of RYT teaches yoga home-based as well as at workplaces of corporate sectors also. It\'s most effective classes come out through - 1. Corporate Yoga and 2. Stress Management.
